In my many years of making videos I believe this is the most important video I’ve ever created!
In this video I explore the topic of what is more detrimental: fear of cancer or the cancer itself. I take a hard look at the way fear plays in with our cultural perception of cancer & how it can prevent healing.
It’s easy to let the mind worms of fear run wild when a loved one is dealing with cancer or you are.

In my experience facing the concept of fear is important when dealing with a possible mental paralyzing issue such as cancer.
I’m not saying that having and going through cancer is easy, but I am saying that how one chooses to approach it from a mental perspective can make a huge difference for how the experience is. Perspective is everything!
Call me crazy but after almost 5 years of walking with a late stage diagnosis, being recommended to hospice two years ago, having two of my closest friends dying young from cancer and knowing too many people whom have passed from cancer this is one of my huge takeaways. 🌹

Note: I'm using a mic here that throws off my voice from when my lips actually are moving. Just imagine it's a bad foreign film dubbing job.. Ha!
