3 New Videos: Sleeping Horses, Grief & Cute Animals!

Aloha dear friends!

2020 was a wacky year wasn’t it? It is my hope that all of us can find the beauty in the challenges that come our way. It seems that we’re all a little stretched thin with the impact of the virus that knocked the world off track in early 2020; some of us more than others.

When I’m faced with moments that push me to my limits, my perspective is to find the ultimate path of transformation within the tragedy. It’s a choice how we choose to respond to every circumstance. Even in the darkest moments, there is still so much beauty to be found in the simple grace of living.

I am praying for a positive shift for all of humanity. It’s important to maintain hope and dip into whatever brings you joy during these nutty times! Please let me how how you find balance, stability and joy in the comments below if you are inspired!

I have some fabulous news! My 10 minute short film, ‘Honor the Earth’ is going to be shown at an environmental film festival and won and an excellence ‘Special Jurors Choice Award for a short documentary with a strong message by a first time filmmaker’! If you haven’t seen it yet, please watch it through the link here. It’s an incredible honor!

I have been having fun making videos lately! This blog entry captures three very different videos. Each video is two minutes long. As I’ve been making them fast and furious lately I thought I would put all three here for your enjoyment!

1) Fabulous Frolicking Furry Friends: This is a whimsical, silly video of me giving Blue, the paint horse a bath and the rolling that commenced afterwards with Xaria (dog) and Kismet (cat). Many people have told them it made them smile and cheered them up. If you are wanting to crack a smile, please watch this goofy video!

2) Sleeping Horses: An Act of Profound Trust: You can read the full description below the video, but basically it was a mind blowing moment where I got to witness both Comanche & Blue laid out sleeping when I was going through my monthly cancer treatment. It is deeply touching and shows the power of trust that I am blessed to have with these sacred creatures.

3) 'Normalize Grief': This was a spontaneous video I made recently when I was reflecting upon a situation where I felt judged for expressing myself. It is an encouragement for all of us to truly listen to one another and encourage a healthy expression of grief.

Please take excellent care of yourselves during this crazy time. The biggest lesson of my health journey is how important impeccable self care/self love is. YOU DESERVE TO TREAT YOURSELF WELL! You matter. You are important. You are loved!

With love and aloha,
